The funding round was led by Ant Group, with some of Daimeng's existing investors also participating. The investment comes at a time when companies across China are putting more money into embodied artificial intelligence.Daimeng is developing general-purpose humanoid robots for areas such as manufacturing, logistics and commercial services, where the technology could eventually help businesses automate a wider range of physical tasks. Vietnamese aerospace company VinSpace has signed an agreement with SpaceX to launch its satellites into orbit in 2027. The satellites will be carried on a SpaceX Transporter rideshare mission, where several customers share space on the same rocket. The deal is an important step for Vietnam's space industry, as VinSpace was set up less than a year ago and is looking to build a business around satellite technology.The company, backed by Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup, plans to work across satellite manufacturing, launch services, spacecraft operations and space-based data.
