The merged company will have over 300 global clients with a workforce of over 12,500 professionals with a focus to drive innovation and growth in AI-powered transformation.
The two firms, both backed by the Vattikuti family, will operate as a single platform with interests in banking, financial services, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, retail, and tech industries.
