Asia Broadband Signs LOI to Sell Bonanza Property

Asia Broadband Inc. has announced the sale of Bonanza. The company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) starting for the complete sale of Bonanza mineral property. Bonanza was wholly owned by Asia Broadband. The company at present is in the final stage of negotiation for the beneficial sale of the property which is located in Acaponeta, Nayarit Mexico.

The income gained from the sale of the property will be further utilized to strengthen the company’s financial position. This move from Asia Broadband comes after its recent purchase in Etzatlan, Jalisco. With the liquidation of Bonanza, now the company will be able to give its attention more to the new high-grade mineral plant. This plant was inaugurated recently.

This has been carried out by focusing operations in specific regions of Mexico. Asia Broadband Inc. has a gold production company, that has been part of its business for the past few years. Through this, the AABB has the advantage of developing resources and expertise that are readily available for rapid expansion and duplication. The negotiation for the company selling is expected to be finalized by next week.
