Knight Frank has appointed Vivian Liao as head of global portfolio solutions (GPS), Asia-Pacific. This appointment highlights the firm's strategic hiring across its Occupier platform and its continued commitment to providing best-in-class real estate advisory services for multinational corporations in the region.
Vivian joins the firm with an extensive background in the occupier real estate sector, having held senior roles at CBRE and JLL. With over 15 years of experience working in regional markets teams and managing large-scale multinational clients’ portfolios for Asia-Pacific and EMEA, she brings significant experience to Knight Frank’s highly integrated service offering.
In her new role, Vivian will lead Knight Frank’s Global Portfolio Solutions service across Asia-Pacific, prioritising value-driven solutions that improve portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate goals. She will lead strategic efforts to deepen client relationships, drive innovation, and ensure consistent service excellence across key markets.

Vivian’s appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Knight Frank’s Global Portfolio Solutions team and on the back of some of the largest portfolio instructions in Asia-Pacific. As a result, Vivian will lead an account platform that is now represented across Australia, Greater China, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, and Singapore.
