Neurowatt has kicked off two large AI projects in Vietnam, with Tedia Technology for automating retailing and Viettel for expanding nationwide AI infrastructure. The Singapore-based company, which specializes in applied AI, robotics, and smart automation, is launching completely autonomous tea shops and rolling out a high-performance computing (HPC) platform for the country's largest telecoms operator.
The partnership with Tedia Technology enables AI-based tea stores fully powered by robotics, remotely controlled by a central AI "brain" that handles preparation, stock, and customer experiences.
Neurowatt's platform combines real-time analytics, smart stock management, and personalization to deliver a complete data-driven model of retail. According to the company, this enables beverage brands to scale, cutting operational expenses and labor dependency.
Key highlights:
On the business side, Neurowatt's collaboration with Viettel is the first countrywide AI infrastructure deployment by a telco in Vietnam. The HPC platform integrates proprietary GPU rental solutions with a worldwide idle GPU market, which supports dynamic scaling without costly on-premises equipment. The hybrid model also provides data sovereignty and compliance with regulations while maintaining cloud flexibility.
