The UAE’s Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has joined forces with Noventiq, a global leader in digital transformation, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive Industry 4.0 adoption across the UAE’s industrial sector. This strategic partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the Make it in the Emirates 2025 event in Abu Dhabi, aims to transform 20 national factories into model smart facilities using cutting-edge Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies.
H.E. Omar Suwaina Al Suwaidi, MoIAT’s Undersecretary, and Sergey Chernovolenko, Noventiq’s President and COO, signed the MoU, showing the UAE’s commitment to staying ahead in technology. Noventiq is contributing AED 3 million in services to MoIAT’s Industry 4.0 program, using AWS’s powerful cloud tools, like AI and machine learning, to help factories work smarter and compete better. This move supports the UAE’s goal of becoming a global hub for modern manufacturing.
With AWS’s cloud tech and Noventiq’s digital expertise, the partnership will help these factories upgrade their operations, make better use of data, and focus on sustainability. These revamped factories will set an example, proving how tools like the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, and AI can transform manufacturing.
