China-based REPT BATTERO and South Korean Hyosung Heavy Industries have officiated their partnership, which will be focused on battery energy storage systems. Both companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Seoul, South Korea.
According to the signed MoU, the Chinese company will be responsible for the supply of energy storage products of 2.5GWh. The company will be providing storage cells, modules, and DC Containers to South Korean companies.

Through deep cooperation, the two sides will provide professional products and services to more overseas customers.”
As the REPT BATTERO will be providing materials, the company will also assist in technical support to increase the efficiency of system design integration and quality control. Hyosung Heavy Industries will be responsible for the certification and promotion of storage technology in the local and global markets.
