VinFast Auto India, the Indian arm of Vietnam-based EV manufacturer VinFast, has partnered with myTVS in a strategic collaboration to increase its after-sales services in India. The agreement will form 120 Extended Service Workshops besides VinFast's future dealership and service network, adding convenience and assistance to its customers as it expands its Indian electric vehicle business.

This strategic collaboration with myTVS to enhance our large after-sales service network is evidence of our long-term commitment to the Indian market and customer satisfaction."

myTVS will provide nationwide coverage for VinFast owners in workshops with genuine parts, cutting-edge diagnostic and repair tools, and trained technical staff. Natarajan Srinivasan, CEO of TVS said, "We believe this pioneering collaboration will assist VinFast in attaining growth backed by our technology-fostered after-sales service platform. This reaffirms the myTVS model of providing high-quality, convenient, transparent, and digitally empowered aftermarket services to enable India's auto aspirations."
