International payments platform Adyen has joined forces with Singapore-based F&B operating system Atlas to streamline back-end operations and drive efficiency for food and beverage brands through AtlasPay, their embedded payments solution.
The partnership part of Adyen for Platforms serves hundreds of F&B brands such as Haidilao, SaladStop, PPP Coffee, and A Hot Hideout, with a single solution that enables restaurants to manage online storefronts, POS, logistics, loyalty, and payments. Customers have seen up to 80 percent fewer human errors, a 12 percent boost in direct sales, and 10 percent manpower savings since implementing AtlasPay.
"Our technology-led focus and strong knowledge of the F&B space have enabled us to develop solutions such as AtlasPay with Adyen, streamlining pain points for lean teams and enhancing compliance, payments, and reporting," Yi Sung Yong, Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas explained.
Key Highlights
Against increasing customer expectations and an uncertain business environment, such as 3,047 F&B closures during 2024, the most since 2005, efficiency is now paramount. A YouGov survey on behalf of Adyen found that 75 percent of SMBs continue to face payment reconciliation issues and spend 6 hours a week on accounting on average.
