India’s largest flight service, IndiGo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three partners to build traffic connections to Europe and North America. Previously IndiGO had cancelled its partnership with Turkish Airlines.
The three partners of the Indian air fleet are Delta Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic, and Air France-KLM. Air France-KLM and Virgin Atlantic have been partners of IndiGo since the year 2022. The Indian airline company has been assisting its partner by feeding its network out of India from multiple cities in the country. The France KLM and Atlantic Airlines through partnership with IndiGo were able to gain more than 30 points in India.
The new partnership between these 4 airlines has expanded the horizons for IndiGo. With announcements to fly to Manchester and Amsterdam, along with plans to fly to London and Copenhagen, the airline will be providing 30 points within Europe on KLM via Amsterdam. Similarly, flights to the United States and Canada from Amsterdam with Delta and KLM and flights to the United States from Manchester on Virgin Atlantic will also be provided with points. This will be expanding the IndiGo’s operation in Europe and North America.
According to the partnership, Delta Air Lines is planning to resume its operation in India by providing non-stop flights between Atlanta and Delhi in the upcoming days. This partnership of IndiGo will be providing non-stop flights from Indian cities and Southeast Asia to smaller cities in Europe to North America.
