MindHYVE.ai, a global top-growing artificial intelligence technology firm, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AI Future Lab (Pvt) Ltd, a Pakistan-based nonprofit nongovernmental organization dedicated to democratizing learning using technology in South Asia and the Middle East.
At its center is the deployment of ArthurAI, a next-generation learning platform based on Ava-Education, MindHYVE's own domain-specialized large reasoning model.
Unlike conventional learning management systems, ArthurAI is an agentic AI platform wherein the Arthur agent brings cognitive agency to know, learn from, and direct learners independently and in real time towards their learning objectives.
Key Highlights-
This is the initial full-scale deployment of an agentic education system that is able to make deliberate pedagogical decisions independently without depending on user input or pre-defined instruction sets. ArthurAI actively learns from every student's behavioral signals, performance indicators, and language usage, allowing for an ever-changing and personalized learning experience anchored in the individual learner's context.

According to the pact, AI Future Lab and MindHYVE.ai will deploy ArthurAI in several South Asian and MENA countries. The platform will be translated into various languages such as Urdu, Arabic, Swahili, Bengali, and Persian to provide equal access.
Two important education projects will accompany the rollout. The first is the AI Graduation Program for Educators, launching in Q4 2025, aimed at training teachers in Pakistan, Kenya, and select MENA countries to co-navigate classrooms with the Arthur agent through locally adapted agentic interfaces. The second initiative, the Youth AI Capacity Program, targets underserved youth aged 15 to 30 in regions such as Muzaffarabad. It offers foundational AI literacy, no-code development skills, and digital career fluency. The pilot will launch with 250 to 500 users and scale on a regional feedback and performance basis.

Bill Faruki, Founder and CEO of MindHYVE.ai said, "This effort is more than personalization, it operationalizes intelligence. ArthurAI, fueled by Ava-Education, showcases what is achievable when actual agency is baked into a system of learning. This partnership is not merely about implementing software. It's about implementing opportunity, equity, and system access to cognitive infrastructure.”
Qasir Rafiq, Founder and CEO of AI Future Lab, highlighted the importance of the platform for local communities. "Our communities will now be addressed by an AI platform that not only responds to students but speaks up on their behalf. ArthurAI provides our educators and young people with a tool that thinks, learns, and guides purposefully."
