Internationally, Ramakrishnan has worked as Owners Engineer for Planning and Contracts Administration for 235MW Oil Shale project which is a strategical project in Jordan. He had handled Planning & Contracts from Engineering Phase till Commissioning of the Plant, played a vital role in the dispute over Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) through International Arbitration.

The company received a challenging assignment of handling a dispute between an investor and EPC Contractor in the Middle East governed by ICC Hong Kong bench and its (Project) close-out.
With due diligence, RANP Professional Services has played a role of Module Representative from Engineering phase till Construction and executed the assignment on time in Forensic Planning, delaying substantiation to support Solicitors on Witness statement.
Also, closely worked with Expert Witness on defining delay and study of its consequences through Schedule Delay analysis. Project close-out service is concurrent to dispute resolution where RANP Professional Services actively involved in estimation of balance work in EPC project and supported Client’s Commercial team on Cost estimation.
