Having undergone extreme stress and anxiety due to high pressure at workplace in Singapore and Hong Kong, Tracy sought help from a career coach, where she took-up a 6-month coaching program, and along with the support of an entrepreneurial community group, realized her purpose in life, which is ‘to help other people succeed’. She eventually departed from her corporate job and moved back to Hong Kong to start her own business.
