The modules cover all the academic and administrative operations for educational institutions, starting from the submission of the online application form to TC of the student.
M School solution covers all aspects of the school domain, like Admissions, Registrar, Academic, Library, Clinic, Transportation, HR/Payroll, Back Office, Uniform shop, and Canteen management. All the modules are integrated seamlessly with one-time data entry and easy administration. The moment interested parents submit the online application form through the website, the M School system comes into play. All the submitted forms are acquired by the system and a database is created for the concerned personnel to evaluate them on the admission criteria.
Enrolment is also done through this software and only after that do students get access to the academic modules. There are dedicated sections through which aspects like section allotment, attendance, behavior management, after-school activities attendance, timetable cover, analytical reports, and many others can be performed using the M School Application.
Through these modules, separate digital databases are created for the evaluation and proper management of the school’s operations. Another feature that makes M School stand out in the market is a dedicated mobile application for teacher and parent communication.

The data generated through the system is highly confidential to the institution using it and to serve justice to this fact, M School employs the most advanced cybersecurity measures to safeguard client data. “Only after all the security measures are in place, we go for the implementation. Looking Ahead
Since its operations in 2018, M School has gained significant trust and recognition in the market with advanced technology and domain expertise. It has many clients in the region it is based and plans on acquiring more clients in other Middle Eastern countries in the coming years. “We plan to expand outside the UAE this year and acquire clients in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and other countries in the Far East. AI Integration is one of the major achievements done last year, which helps teachers to improve their communication skills and language translation. M School Bilingual (English/Arabic) version development and testing is completed and is ready for rollout now. M School won an Award from GESS 2024 in the Best Paid for App/Software Product/Resource category which is a great achievement”, concludes Austin.
