Brindley Group will be adding a new Chinese brand XPeng to its multi-franchise Wolverhampton showroom in August.
With this launch, Brindley now represents 10 brands in car brands across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, including XPeng, and also Omoda, Jaecoo, as well as Hyundai, Kia, MG, Volvo, Mazda, Maxus and Honda.
Having entered the European market in Norway in 2021, Xpeng has now launched in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and now the UK, and have plans to launch in more countries.

XPeng opened order books in February for its XPeng G6 SUV this year ahead of first deliveries in March. The new brand is getting the retail partner network going with over 20 UK locations already confirmed before the end of this year.
XPeng was founded in 2014 has delivered over 620,000 EV's in global markets since its inception. In January 2025, XPeng announced two strategic partnerships with Volkswagen and BP Pulse, not only to create a super-fast charging network, but other services together.
