4. Vivian Lau, Managing Director of Pacific Air Holdings, Hong Kong

Vivian Lau is Chair and Group CEO at Pacific Air Holdings, in charge of sales for airlines, cargo services, and e-commerce logistics. She came into the firm in 2019, at which point she was successful in reigning in the COVID-19 pandemic period as Vice Chair and CEO before becoming Chair in 2022.

With over 30 years of leadership in a worldwide setting, various industries included such as airlines, petrochemicals, IT, advertising, and youth NGOs, Vivian has been the most successful in building, growing, and restructuring businesses. Before that, she was the President and CEO of JA Asia Pacific, helping prepare young people in some 18 countries for future work, making her one of the standout figures in Inspiring Women Stories today.
